Hurricane Sandy Bath Cocktail-
So today Hurricane Sandy is on its way! I live in NJ and apparently this is suppose to be the storm of the century. Naturally, being the Lushie that I am, I used this as an excuse for a bath cocktail!
To counter act the terrible, cold gloomy weather going on outside I decided to make a nice warming, cozy bath FULL of cinnamon. I was thinking about going for a somewhat Spongebob bath cocktail just for laughs but I’m really in the mood for an “autumnal” bath :)
Today ill be using-
Pumpkin soap is full of clove, cinnamon, and cardamom as well as pumpkin puree to help out with that dry winter skin. Beautifully spicy, this has to be my #1 LOVE for soap I really wish they would keep this one on for good! My god did it sell out fast…maybe 2 days?? This soap smells like a warm and spicy pumpkin pie, with just a hint of spearmint. I cant get enough of it.
Cinders was the first ever bath bomb to utilize popping candy! The popping, crackling noise is suppose to re-create a wonderful bath time fire. With cinnamon to warm your soul, almond oil for a hint of sweet marzipan and vitamin E to help out dry skin, as well as sweet orange oil. Cinders smells strongly of cinnamon, but not as strong as Phoenix rising. Its a very sweet cinnamon that I really love (I’m not a big fan of the scent of Phoenix rising) I cant wait to try this little one out!
- Melting Snowman Bath Melt
Shea butter, cocoa butter, and cinnamon oil, how could this go wrong?! First off this little guy is ADORABLE! This sad little snowman is complete with a little ginger nose and dairy free chocolate chips! AH! So cute. What did I tell ya? This bath is FULL of cinnamon!
Another wonderfully warming addition to this cocktail. I adore this scent, with ginger and black pepper oil to help stimulate blood flow and really warm your sore spots up. This has to be one of my absolute favorite massage bars. You can really feel it deep in your skin and muscles working out all the days problems, this will be a perfect way to end my crazy warming spicy hurricane bath!
Well enough typing!!! I want to go take this bath! Later tonight ill be sure to put up some pictures/feedback of how it turned out.
As always, any questions, suggestions, requests, or little notes would be amazing! I love getting feedback from you guys, even if its just a hey whats up :D
